4. You must have a good, solid reputation, and offer killer service with top notch quality.

If you see the value in becoming a high level client, great! We can talk about it.

And if you don't want to become a client - that's OK too. I'll return your deposit as soon as we hang up. No biggie.

And if you tell me I've wasted your time, I'll give you 5 times your deposit back immediately.

(by the way - I've only had 1 client feel like their time was wasted, EVER. and the funny thing was after I wrote her the check she became a client because she could not believe I was serious and willing to write her a check. Bottom line is I DELIVER!)
